Food safety content is developed by extracting course material from subject matter experts, that material gets reviewed and edited by industry and government inspectors. Operations and owners then further shape the content into business friendly course material.
The course material is then converted into a SCORM compliant digital format. Using off the shelf course authoring technology our partners are free to develop without having to learn proprietary methods and the content will never be locked in a proprietary code.
Economical distribution is achieved through the use of an open source LMS. This reduces maintenance fees and user costs.
