eHACCP.org does not sell, share, or distribute customer information to any third-party organization other than with the certifying bodies required to fulfill the certification process.

eHACCP.org is responsible for maintaining and protecting customer information under its control.

Safeguarding customer information must be protected by security safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity level.

eHACCP.org is required to make information concerning the policies and practices that apply to managing their information available to customers.


Customer Access

Upon request, customers shall be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of their information and shall be given access to it. Customers may verify the accuracy and completeness of their information and may request that it be amended if appropriate.

Customers may direct any questions or inquiries about the privacy principles outlined above or about our practices to the designated person(s) accountable for privacy at eHACCP.org.
