This is a free demonstration of the Certified HACCP Principles for Food Processors and Manufacturers course. It will give you the insight into what the rest of the chapters look like. This demonstration consists of Chapter 1 – What is HACCP, Chapter 4 – Conditions for Pathogen Growth, and Chapter 8 – Developing the HACCP Plan.
