Certification

eHACCP develops online HACCP training programs and online HACCP courses that are accredited by the International HACCP Alliance.

Our courses and content are tested and meet the body of knowledge requirements established by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for HACCP training as outlined in 21 CFR Part 123.10, GFSI scheme requirements, the FDA’s FSMA’s HARPC and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency’s Food Safety Enhancement Program.

These online certified HACCP training courses are designed to demystify the basic principles of HACCP combining content, examples, activities, quizzes and a final exam. Students learn to apply HACCP principles in order to design, create and manage their HACCP plan in order to meet regulatory requirements.

These courses provide many of the fundamental document templates such as GMPs, SSOPs, SOPs as well as tables, charts, logs, checklists, and many others.

Course Hours and Participation Requirements

The certified HACCP Training courses are self-paced and can be accessed at any time, from any device as long as an internet connection is available. The HACCP courses are a minimum of 18 hours to meet with the IHA and the Codex Alimentarius requirements.

eHACCP students have an unlimited amount of attempts at the final exam during their 365 day enrollment period.

To be awarded your certificate of completion, you are required to view all content and complete the final exam with no less than an 80% passing grade.

If you fail the exam you can take it again until you pass. You will never get the same exam twice.

Even after passing and completing the course you can access the content and retake the quizzes and exam for the entire 365 day enrollment period.

Upon completing the course you will be awarded your certificate of completion that should satisfy any auditor.
