The Certified Seafood HACCP Principles and GMPs Training course is 18 hours long, self-directed, examinable and designed to assist you to successfully implement a food safety plan. A certificate from eHACCP is issued once the course is successfully completed. This course teaches the FDA’s CFR 21 Part 123 – Fish and Fisheries requirements. It is recognized as an Introduction to HACCP course requirement under the Codex Alimentarius and the FDA, and GFSI scheme requirements such as SQF, BRC, FSSC 22 000, etc.
